摘要: The paper is based on preliminary results of the analysis four pilot narrative autobiographical interviews conducted with members oldest generation Polish social innovators (born in 1930s—early 1950s) working human sector area CSOs. In this text, I use concept opportunity structures, reflecting over sets structures which facilitate professional and personal development reformers. refer mainly to Institutional Opportunity Structures emerging Poland under socialist regime, during post systemic transformation. leading argument here that innovator’s career interrelates available a political economic system regardless its type prevalent ideology.
