摘要: The jaggedness of the stress-strain relationship two kinds puffed extrudates stored under different humidity conditions was assessed by power spectrum Fast Fourier Transform and Natural Fractal dimension normalized compression curves. Both analyses, performed with a micro-computer, provided consistent measure jaggedness. apparent dimension, obtained using Blanket algorithm, most convenient overall ruggedness since it expressed single number. that resulted from transform, however, could be used to identify length scale structural features where fracture takes place, its shape more directly related textural properties.
