摘要: Abstract A single crystal chemical vapor deposition (scCVD) diamond detector has been characterized and employed for the neutron measurement at HL-2A tokamak device. The scCVD deposited with 5 μm of lithium fluoride (LiF) layer to enhance sensitivity thermal neutrons. Time stability studied α-source good performance found more than 12 h. Neutron irradiations have performed in four quasi-monoenergetic fields energy range from 2.50 MeV 16.03 MeV. measured response function 14.13 MeV neutrons shows a narrow 12 C (n, α) 9 Be reaction peak which is well isolated other structures by about 1 MeV energy, indicating great potential as fast spectrometer. deuterium plasma discharge was established device, consistence revealed among this signal related signals.
