摘要: SEPARATION of the bloodstream forms trypanosomes from blood infected animals has so far been difficult, especially in case Trypanosoma congolense. Even most satisfactory method—defibrination followed by centrifugation on a sucrose gradient1—has disadvantage usually being applicable only to small volumes blood, because high gradient volume ratio (at least 6 1).
