摘要: Summary Background/objective One thousand liver transplantations have been performed at the only transplant center in Hong Kong over a period of 22 years, which covered formative living donor transplantation. These 1000 transplantations, marked journey transplantation from development to maturation center, should be educational. This research was study experience and reflect on importance technical innovations case selection. Methods The first were studied. Key surgical therapeutics described. Recipient survival including hospital mortality analyzed. comparison made for deceased indicated by hepatocellular carcinoma other diseases. Results Among 418 used grafts 582 grafts. With accumulation experience, improved Conclusion Transplant outcomes improving consistently series, with very low predictably high long-term survival.
