摘要: Collagenous fibroma (desmoplastic fibroblastoma) is a recently described rare benign tumor affecting mainly males in the fifth through seventh decades. This occurs predominantly peripheral sites, with predilection for upper and lower extremities. The patients present painless mass of involving subcutis, one quarter all cases skeletal muscle. Both radiographically histologically these tumors are well-circumscribed small lesions from to several centimeters diameter, though as large 20 cm have been reported. We report case collagenous presenting symptomatically 2.4 within pedicle adjacent transverse process L5 vertebral segment. Bone erosion by desmoplastic fibroblastoma very event. should be differential diagnosis soft tissue bony erosion.
