摘要: Two series of binary blends regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (PHT) with a polymer semiconductor, poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexoxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH−PPV), and an insulating polymer, polystyrene, were investigated found to be phase separated exhibit relatively high field-effect mobility holes ((0.1−6) × 10-3 cm2/(V s)). Atomic force microscopy showed nucleation growth type separation on the length scale 100−600 nm in blend systems. The PHT/polystyrene is up 7-fold higher than PHT/MEH−PPV blends. reduced carrier due dipolar effects arising from polarity components. These results show for first time that can substantially modify charge transport properties conjugated polymers.
