摘要: Regenerating blood of geese suffering from phenylhydrazine anaemia was separated into ‘mature’ and ‘immature’ cell populations by centrifugation through a barrier BSA. Socalled ‘mature cells’ consisted mainly mature erythrocytes ‘immature included two-thirds polychromatic younger erythroblasts. Histone proteins, dissociated isolated nuclei both cells sequential extraction with citric acid hydrochloric acid, were compared the examined electron microscopy. Erythrocyte-specific histone V (f2c) fully extracted immature at pH 2.0, but only partially same nuclei. An inverse correlation found between relative case alkali-labile phosphate content purified samples V. The more readily fraction had higher than less component Chromatin in became tightly congealed after partial loosened visibly subsequent full 1.8. In contrast, chromatin never totally congealed. may be tissue-specific agent involved packing DNA within fibrils. During erythropoiesis, progressive decrease lead to its increased binding affinity for thus gradual transformation erythrocyte genome permanently repressed state.
