摘要: Many papers have shown that sphingolipids control the balance in cells between growth and proliferation, cell death by apoptosis. Sphingosine-1-phosphate (Sph1P) glucosylceramide (GlcCer) induce proliferation processes, ceramide (Cer), a metabolic intermediate two, induces In cancers, seems to come undone it should be possible kill enhancing processes lead accumulation. The two systems are intertwined, modulated variety of agents affecting activities enzymes Cer-GlcCer-Sph1P interdependence. It is proposed successful cancer chemotherapy requires use many elevate levels adequately. This review updates current knowledge sphingolipid metabolism some evidence showing plays causal role apoptosis induction, as well chemotherapeutic agent.
