摘要: The discovery of ras oncogenes is amongst the most breathtaking events in quest to understand molecular nature human cancers. After several years, during which various laboratories were zooming on viral (Malumbres and Barbacid, 2003), 1981, laboratory led by Robert Weinberg succeeded transferring DNA sequences from cancer cells immortalized murine fibroblasts (NIH-3T3), causing their overt malignant transformation 2003; Karnoub Weinberg, 2008).
