摘要: Background Zinc supplementation for the treatment of diarrhoea has been shown to decrease duration and severity diarrhoeal episode, hospitalization rates and, in some studies, all-cause mortality. Using multiple outcome measures, we sought estimate effect zinc on mortality subsequent pneumonia mortality. Methods We conducted a systematic review efficacy effectiveness studies. used standardized abstraction grading format performed meta-analyses all outcomes with ≥2 data points.
