摘要: Abstract Objective The aim of this study was to examine the potential role health care system in successful transition young adulthood for all adolescents, with emphasis on adolescents special needs (ASHCN), and evaluate system's status filling that role. Method Research conceptual frameworks addressing transitions functioning were reviewed.
