摘要: Gametogenesis in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii has been studied mating-type plus cells utilizing several different culture conditions, all of which are shown to depend on the depletion nitrogen from medium, and fine structure gametes prepared under these conditions compared by using thin sections fixed materials. We document alterations ribosome levels, chromatin morphology, starch organization chloroplast membranes, appearance nuclear envelope endoplasmic reticulum membranes during gametogenesis. also noted acquisition two new organelles: a mating (Friedman, L., A.
