摘要: Graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets were decorated with copper borate (CuB) nanoparticles via a liquid phase-based ultrasonic-assisted stripping method to afford CuB/GO nanocomposites. The as-prepared nanocomposites characterized using FT-IR, XRD, Raman, UV-vis, TEM and AFM techniques, revealing CuB anchored on the surface of GO nanosheets. To inhibit agglomeration improve dispersion stability in base oil, modified oleic diethanolamide (OD), obtain diethanolamide-capped borate/graphene (OD-CuB/GO). tribological properties these nanocomposites, when used as an additive oils different viscosities, evaluated four-ball friction wear tester. results showed that OD-CuB/GO added into oil at mass fraction up 4.0%, coefficient scar diameter OD-CuB/GO-based respectively about 43.6% 49.3% lower than those oil. This indicates can significantly possess good anti-wear ability load-carrying capacity.
