摘要: An assisted service terminal is described. The comprises a currency dispenser; and an operator computer coupled to the dispenser. includes: (i) agent arranged communicate status information remote management system, (ii) dashboard application. application (a) receive messages from dispenser indicative of fault in dispenser, (b) present received operator, (c) notify issue request create incident on system response indicating that cannot be resolved without visit engineer.
