摘要: This article examines the contribution of feminist theories to study work. The difficulties defining feminism are explained by outlining some its origins and multiple, contested, changing intellectual political concerns. Key achievements analyses work outlined, including challenging traditional definitions that conflate ‘work’ with ‘paid employment’, explaining gendered occupational segregation translating academic scholarship into practice in form earnings inequalities. In order understand construction local labor markets, international divisions labor, forms globalization, a brief summary key geographical contributions is provided.
