摘要: Dye-sensitized photo-oxidations of liposomes are inhibited by the presence carotenoids in membrane. Some carotenoid bleaching occurs during reaction. It was shown that capable inhibiting free-radical-induced lipid peroxidation as well singlet oxygen-induced peroxidation. There is little direct effect peroxides on photo-oxidative reactions. The observed dye-photosensitized oxidations appears to be due interactions between pigments and either radical intermediates from type I reactions or chemical reaction with oxygen a II concluded function protective agents quenching triplet sensitizers, oxygen, intermediates.
