摘要: This invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein A is N or -CT6; B -NR1R2, -CR1R2R11, - C(=CR2R12)R1, -NHCHR1R2, OCHR1R2, -SCHR1R2, -CHR2OR12, -CHR2SR12, -C(S)R1 -C(O)R1. The show corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) antagonist activity. CFR antagonists are believed be effective in the treatment a wide range stress-related illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, headache, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory diseases, immune suppressin, Alzheimer's disease, gastrointestinal anorexia nervosa, hemmorrhagic stress, drug and alcohol withdrawal symptoms, addiction infertility.
