摘要: Agricultural intensification has resulted in major losses of biodiversity due to landscape homogenization and an increasing use agrochemicals. It often been assumed that associated changes environmental conditions are impacting composition diversity two main ground-dwelling generalist predator taxa, carabid beetles epigaeic spiders, similar ways. Here, we test how variations at local scales (plant total soil nitrogen, Ntot) landscape-scale (mean patch size) affect species composition, richness abundance ground spiders semi-natural cultivated habitats agricultural landscape. We specifically the hypotheses both taxa more diverse than habitats, but their weaker dispersal ability, strongly linked factors spiders. Our results indicate our study area, shows no significant difference between cropland, while spider is significantly enhanced habitats. Ntot affected abundance, had a limited influence on abundances. The carabids was influenced by plant diversity, played role determining assemblages not composition. There effect mean size surroundings either or species. Nonetheless, landscapes with small sizes, decreased Ntot, large sized patches, this relationship reversed. differences responses these suggests scale- taxon-specific targets need be established improve efficiency measures aimed enhancing ecosystem services provisions key pest control agents.
