摘要: The problem one quickly faces in developing a simulation model of urban dynamics is that almost everything seems to be endogenous. Household location choices, firm real estate development and governmental infrastructure public service choices all interact dynamically. This paper describes an evolving e ort represent key endogenous choice processes at agent level UrbanSim, operational system designed explore the potential ects alternative policy choices. Specific recommendations are developed refine systems such as UrbanSim more ectively confront endogeneity issues raised paper.
