摘要: Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nano-pikes were produced by oxidative evaporation and condensation of Zn powders. The crystalline structure optical properties the ZnO nanostructures (ZnONs) greatly depend on deposition position ZnONs. TEM XRD indicated that ZnONs close to reactor center, ZnON-A, has better than away from ZnON-B. ZnON-A showed PL Raman spectra characteristic perfect crystals, whereas ZnON-B very strong green emission band at 500 nm in photoluminescence (PL) spectrum scattering peak 560 cm -1 , both related oxygen deficiency due insufficient oxidation zinc vapor. exhibited field with higher current density lower turn-on ZnON-A.
