摘要: The esthetic outcome of an implant-supported restoration is first all dependent on the soft tissue volume. Since labial bone plate resorbs in every direction after tooth extraction, even when implant placed immediately, most patients end up with compromised esthetics. Twenty-four were treated consecutively implants maxillary anterior area at time extraction using two different treatment modalities. 12 without raising a flap, whereas subepithelial connective graft was tunnel technique subsequent and placement. dimension volume measured before 6 months results show average loss nongrafted group 1.063 mm, grafted group, there slight gain 0.34 mm. These demonstrate effectiveness placing immediate placement zone.
