摘要: New ideas in mathematics, even when they are seemingly insignificant or impractical, can have unforeseen and important consequences that may not become apparent at the time were suggested occasionally for several decades. One such idea was proposed by gifted Russian mathematician, A. Markov (1856–1922) beginning of 20th century (e.g., Markov, 1907). Radically innovative time, it advanced substantially 19th-century works on probability theory generalizing various limit laws established independent random variables law large numbers) to dependent ones.
