摘要: Calibration experiments with a bimorph mirror are presented. Phase-diversity wave-front sensing is used for measuring the control matrix, nulling errors in optical setup, including mirror, and Strehl ratios residual higher-order aberrations. The ratio of calibrated system measured to be 0.975, corresponding 1/40 wave rms front. conclusion that phase-diversity sensor easier install use than interferometers can replace them setups testing adaptive optics systems.
