摘要: Abstract We investigated the effect of ceramic chemistry and surface roughness pure α-tricalcium phosphate, also αTCP doped with either 1.5 wt% or 3.0 wt% dicalcium silicate (C 2 S), on response adult human mesenchymal stem cells ( ah MSCs). A h MSCs were plated onto discs, prepared by a solid-state reaction. After being sintered, some samples polished up to 1 μm, while others kept as manufactured, which resulted in two grades. Viability, proliferation osteoinductive capacity determined following various incubation periods. The results showed non-cytotoxic after an indirect apoptosis test. Cell adhesion roughness-sensitive increased proportionally materials. These observations became more evident unpolished C S, induced osteoblastic differentiation result concentration S solid solution αTCP.
