The Clinicopathologic Features of Cryoglobulinemie Nephropathy

摘要: Renal biopsy specimens from eight patients with cryoglobu-linemic nephropathy were examined by light, electron, and immunofluorescence microscopy. The light microscopic features not diagnostic. Characteristic ultrastructural findings observed in all except one specimen consisted of glomerular electron-dense deposits, which had a coarse, granular appearance at low-power magnifications revealed tubular, annular few cases, also fibrillar structures high-power magnifications. Subendothelial deposits constant finding. presence intravascular thrombi (deposits), osmiophilic bodies, crystals within the cytoplasm cells are helpful for diagnosis this entity. Because these specific findings, cryoglobulinemic should be recognized as clinicopathologic
