摘要: The Laowan deposit is a typical gold in the Qinling-Dabie metallogenic belt, which produces most resources Central China. After being explored for decades, follow-up exploration requires additional theoretical support. In this study, factor analysis (FA) and spectrum–area (S–A) multifractal model were used to process multi-element geochemical data from 369 samples collected study area identifying anomalies associated with mineralization. results showed that: (1) mean Au content region up 1000 times higher than background values of upper crust South Qinling unit; (2) revealed that Au, Ag, Cu, As, Sb, S can be as direct ore-prospecting criteria; (3) observed elemental zonation consistent metallic elements magmatic–hydrothermal system. This supports origin deposit; (4) fractal help decompose patterns complex geological setting. decomposed anomaly map obtained by S–A indicated highly anomalous areas have great relationship occurrence guidance further area.
