摘要: Abstract Relation between doping level and a.c. conductivity of the dry emeraldine salt polyaniline doped in HCl solution (PANIES) is studied using a procedure situ thermal dedoping polymer during impedance measurements. This allows content impurity (HCl) to be decreased by more than one order magnitude corresponding changes observed. The data are interpreted terms macroinhomogeneity PANI-ES samples: they assumed contain clusters relatively homogeneous composition embedded into disordered network. Accordingly, ensured three distinct mechanisms electron transport: (i) within chain polymer; (ii) neighbouring chains; (iii) different clusters.
