摘要: Resumen Los leiomiosarcomas pancreaticos son neoplasias altamente agresivas con muy mal pronostico. Se describe un caso de paciente masculino 78 anos edad que presenta tumor abdominal en el los estudios radiologicos confirmaron origen primario pancreas. El estudio morfologico mostro sarcoma morfologia fusocelular y epitelioide, perfil inmunohistoquimico positivo para actina musculo liso desmina negatividad miogenina, h-caldesmon, CD117, DOG-1, S100, MyoD1, cromogranina-A, HMB-45, Melan A EBV, confirmando diagnostico leiomiosarcoma epitelioide. discute diferencial otras mesenquimales pancreaticas.
