摘要: Although physician surveys are an important tool in health services and policy research, they often characterized by low response rates. The authors conducted a systematic review of 66 published reports efforts to improve rates surveys. Two general strategies were explored this literature: incentive design-based approaches. Even small financial incentives found be effective improving response. Token nonmonetary much less effective. In terms design strategies, postal telephone have generally been more successful than fax or Web-based approaches, with evidence also supporting use mixed-mode population. addition, first-class stamps on return envelopes questionnaires designed brief, personalized, endorsed legitimizing professional associations likely successful. Researchers should continue implement that documented the survey physicians.
