摘要: Neural networks are identified as an effective means of performing pattern recognition on image data. To take advantage the parallelism inherent in such architectures, analogue CMOS VLSI circuit has been developed. This device consists novel pulse-firing neurons and synapses. The current controlled oscillators, which deplete their own input activity whenever a pulse is fired, manner similar to biological neurons. synapses use neural voltage pulses create pulsed outputs. magnitude these outputs determined by synaptic weight voltage. When configured multi-layered perceptron, will facilitate “real-tune” labelling regions segmented images.
