摘要: Neuropathic pain refers to chronic that results from injury the nervous system. The mechanisms involved in neuropathic are complex and involve both peripheral central phenomena. Although numerous pharmacological agents available for treatment of pain, definitive drug therapy has remained elusive. Recent discovery efforts have identified an original neurobiological approach pathophysiology pain. development innovative strategies led identification new promising targets, including glutamate antagonists, microglia inhibitors and, interestingly, endogenous ligands cannabinoids transient receptor potential vanilloid type 1 (TRPV1). Endocannabinoids (ECs), endovanilloids enzymes regulate their metabolism represent targets a successful treatment. This review is update relationship between cannabinoid receptors (CB1) TRPV1 channels possible implications data focused on spinal control by anandamide, current emerging pharmacotherapeutic approaches benefit modulation EC and/or endovanilloid systems under conditions will be discussed.
