摘要: Abstract A systems study to investigate the feasibility of total recycle wastes generated from water purification plants has been conducted. Actual wastewater and alum sludge used in this were collected a plant employing treatment processes including aeration, chemical addition, mixing, flocculation sedimentation followed by filtration, pH adjustment, fluoridation chlorination. Wastewater are mainly basin filter backwash. The waste system studied here consisted (a) treating backwash separator, (b) dividing combined into two fractions for solubilization respectively an acid unit alkaline unit, (c) screening inert silt ultimate disposal, (d) returning solubilized units proper proportions reuse as agent. proposed process was designed provide cost effective achieving “zero” discharge plant. Inasmuch during is derived raw supply, elimination added discharges may be regarded satisfying desired objectives. Although detailed design parameters necessary achieve above stated goal have not established, experimental results tend suggest that practical designs based on feasible.
