摘要: A 1-year-old male German shorthaired pointer was referred for evaluation of tachypnea and hemoptysis. grade VI/VI left basilar continuous murmur ausculted. Multimodality imaging consisting thoracic radiographs, transthoracic transesophageal echocardiography, fluoroscopy-guided selective angiography, computed tomography angiogram (CTA) magnetic resonance (MRA), performed on this patient. The defect included a left-to-right shunting anomalous vessel between the ascending aorta main pulmonary artery, along with dissecting aneurysm right artery. An MRA post-processing technique (PC VIPR) used to allow high resolution angiographic images further assessment patient's hemodynamics prior surgical correction. This case report describes clinical course canine patient rare form congenital cardiac disease, multiple modalities that were aid in diagnosis treatment.
