摘要: Gleason grading - the most useful predictor of prognosis for prostate cancer in men was updated at a 2005 consensus conference by International Society Urological Pathology. Since Gleason-like growth patterns have been recognised dogs, this study aimed to apply modified 45 canine carcinomas. A single primary pattern observed 28 cases, secondary 11 cases and tertiary 6 cases. Cribriform, solid small acinar/ductal were common primary, morphological patterns, respectively. The highest score (GS10) obtained 46.7% Nine 14 metastasizing classified as GS10. 5 present 33 This suggests that grading, based on specific histological existing carcinomas, may be accepted system histopathology practice settings order complete clinical assessment best management patient.
