摘要: Proseriata is a diverse and species-rich taxon of Neoophora (Platyhelminthes). The group divided into two morphologically well-characterised taxa: Lithophora Unguiphora. Previous molecular analyses, aimed at ascertaining in-group relationships the Proseriata, were equivocal in supporting monophyly Lithophora, one its families, Coelogynoporidae. Here we present new phylogeny based on complete ssrDNA partial (D1-D6) lsrDNA. analysis includes 36 proseriate species. 13 sequences from seven species are used, four which Coelogynoporidae recently established family Calviriidae. Phylogenetic was performed using Bayesian Inference (BI), maximum likelihood (ML) parsimony (MP). Clades considered to have high nodal support if BI posterior probability ML MP bootstrap percentages >90%. resulting cladogram strongly supports Lithophora. In addition, their inclusion corroborated. Within sister clades supported, including Coelogynoporidae+Calviriidae, Otoplanidae+Archimonocelididae+Monocelididae respectively. Coelogynoporidae, there poor correspondence between estimates genera, suggesting need systematic revision. Current morphology-based arrangements Otoplanidae Monocelididae not supported by results. enigmatic Ciliopharyngiella (formerly included Rhabdocoela) clusters with Unguiphora, although low support. One (Parainvenusta englarorum n. gen sp.) described discussed appendix.
