摘要: A method is described for non surgical peroral positioning of a plastic prosthesis under visual control in patients with obstructing cardio-esophageal malignancy or pulmonary-esophageal fistula. The ACMI-F7 small calibre endoscope well suited guiding the mainly because easy maneuvrability and sufficient sturdiness to withstand substantial pushing force.
