摘要: This article reviews progress in the growth of one-dimensional nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes and inorganic nanowires. Catalyzed chemical vapor deposition has been preferred method to grow these materials for various applications requiring controlled on patterned unpatterned substrates. Both thermal plasma techniques have widely used case nanotubes. In addition discussion growth, a review nanostructures future directions is provided.
