摘要: Introduction: Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is the most common chronic rheumatic disease in childhood. Therapeutic advances treatment of JIA are occurring at a rapid rate, resulting more ambitious therapeutic goals and increasing numbers children experiencing complete clinical remission. Areas covered: The purpose this review to summarize available treatments for management systemic features with JIA, including current evidence supporting safety efficacy biologic agents future approaches.
