摘要: Background: Pseudo aneurysm (PSA) of femoral artery is the second common post puncture complication. If PSA less than 18 mm, it can be closed spontaneously and asymptomatic. not, needs treatment. The most non invasive method used in treatment ultrasound guided compression (UGC) with duplex color Doppler. In PSA, other options are available, such as thrombin collagen injection sack, application stent, but they more invasive, complications UGC. Material method: Retrospective study was performed period from 2005-2010. During this period, 4575 punctions were performed. Because suspected artery, we examined diagnosed 28 ward diagnostic. Data regarding location morphologic characteristics morbid disease documented. Results: UGC 22 patients, 12 men 9 women, average age 48 years. 20 obliterated, while 2 remained persistent even after attempt, surgically treated. Efficacy 90%. Control examination 24 hours, 1 3 months. Intra- procedural not observed. Conclusion: Non cheap, efficient easy to perform, minor well selected patients.
