Bridging the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical needs in community resilience measurement

摘要: The concept of community disaster resilience is an increasingly important discourse on environmental changes and has been under debate international academic policy circles over the past decade. While conceptualizing seen as a significant requisite undertaking in hazard mitigation, reduction, planning, there exist only few number frameworks literature presenting systematic methodology guideline for empirical measurement concept. In addition, question whether such can adequately address ongoing or emerging needs local stakeholders governments remains agenda.
