摘要: A new-developed vegetation-activated sludge process (V-ASP) was implemented for decentralized domestic wastewater treatment, and studied in lab-scale full-scale. The main purpose of this work the investigation biomass activities microbial communities V-ASP by comparison with conventional constructed wetland (CW), to unveil causations its consistently higher pollutants removal efficiencies. Compared CWs, has greater vegetation nitrogen phosphorus uptake rates, enzymatic activities, more bacteria community diversity. structure comprehensively analyzed using high-throughput sequencing. It observed that Proteobacteria dominated both CWs V-ASPs, while their subdivisions distribution rather different. V-ASPs contained a nitrite-oxidizing (Nitrospira) abundances resulted better efficiency. Hence, long-term experiment full-scale displayed stably excellent capability resistance influent loading shocks seasonal temperature effect.
