摘要: Abstract Three marine Psychrobacter strains were isolated from seawater and sediments in Mediterranean Sea, Egypt, using culture-dependent techniques. Genotypic characterization for the three was performed 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The screened some physiological, biochemical characters, resistance to antibiotics heavy metals. All tested able resist accumulate several metals (Pb2+, Cu2+ Cd2+) with variable degrees, depending on bacterial metal ion species. Lead ions easier be bioaccumulated than other two sp. H41A most potent strain accumulation of different accumulated 91.47 mg Pb2+/g fresh cells at optimum conditions 60 min contact time, 600 ppm 30 °C. Plackett–Burman experimental design applied optimize nutritional factors. growth optimized culture medium increased lead bioaccumulation 1.12-fold. monitored their ability decolorize azo-dyes (fast orange, methanil yellow acid fast red). H62 H65 recorded highest decolorization percentages (85% 65%) orange yellow, respectively.
