摘要: Teratomas are a unique class of tumors composed ecto- meso- and endodermal tissues, all foreign to the site origin. In humans, most common teratoma is ovarian teratoma. Not much known about molecular genetic etiologies these tumors. Female carriers Tgkd transgene highly susceptible developing teratomas. Ovaries Tgkd/+ hemizygous female mice exhibit defects in luteinization, with numerous corpora lutea, some which contain central trapped, fully-grown oocytes. Genetically, teratomas originate from mature oocytes that have completed meiosis I, suggesting trapped The insertion 3’ Inpp4b gene associated decreased expression INPP4B changes intracellular PI3 Kinase/AKT signaling follicular granulosa cells. An increase cell proliferation decrease apoptosis also observed GCs late stage follicles. Because not expressed wild-type or oocytes, findings suggest enhanced activation PI3K/AKT pathway caused by cells promotes an environment defective folliculogenesis conducive formation.
