摘要: Tritiated thymidine was used to investigate the sites of postembryonic hair cell addition in adult fish Astonotus ocellatus (oscar), a species known add large numbers cells for several years after hatching. Several types labeled cells, including newly proliferated sensory were found throughout saccular epithelium, with majority some distance away from edges epithelium. There no evidence an 'annular' Astronotus.
