摘要: Saccharomyces cerevisiae was used as a model to explore the preventive effect of two marine polysaccharides separately derived from Sepia esculenta ink (SIP) and Laminaria japonica (FL) well one terrestrial Eleocharis tuberosa peel (WCPP) on toxic injury induced by acrylamide (AA). The growth yeast evaluated kinetics indexes including doubling time, lag phase maximum proliferation density. Meanwhile, intracellular redox state determined contents MDA GSH, SOD activity. results showed that AA inhibited destroyed antioxidant defense system. Supplement with polysaccharides, oxidative damage cells alleviated. According recovery yeast, FL WCPP had similar degree capacity against associated cytotoxicity, while SIP 1.5~2 folds strong WCPP. significantly reduced production administration. Moreover, SIP, increased activity repressed GSH depletion caused AA.
