摘要: Abstract Graphene oxide-carbon nanotubes hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix composites (GO-CNT/Al) were prepared by powder metallurgy followed hot extrusion. The strength of the was improved synergistic effect carbon nanotubes, in-situ Al4C3 and graphene oxide. Moreover, due to partially recrystallization Al promoted Al4C3, exhibits a bimodal grain distribution, which helps enhance strain-hardening consequently uniform tensile ductility at high flow stresses. Hence structure combined with nano-reinforcements leads enhancing synergy. composite shows 249 MPa (175 MPa pure Al) keeps almost similar (uniform elongation ~23.1%).
