摘要: Two-dimensional topological insulators possess conducting edge states at their boundary while being insulating in the bulk. We investigate state emergent a smooth phase of interacting fermions within full real-space analysis time-reversal invariant Hofstadter-Hubbard model. characterize localization and by means local compressibility, spectral density, generalized spin Chern marker as well Hall response find good agreement between all these quantities. Computing spectra interface we observe robustness against fermionic two-body interactions conclude that only shift its position. Hence bulk-boundary correspondence for system is confirmed. Since experimental probing remains challenge ultracold atom setups, propose detection compressibility measuring correlations with quantum gas microscope.
