摘要: Abstract ZrB 2 –SiC nanocomposite ceramics toughened by ZrO fiber were fabricated spark plasma sintering (SPS) at 1700 °C. The content of incorporated into the nanocomposites ranged from 5 mass% to 20 mass%. content, microstructure, and phase transformation exhibited remarkable effects on fracture toughness 2(f) /ZrB composites.
