摘要: The micro/nanoscale manipulation using probe-typed and concentric metal electrodes with the electrostatic mechanism of fringe field was successfully demonstrated to isolate control a microparticle (microsphere). system in this study, dragging repelling polyethylene microsphere, are stand-alone nondestructive which does not employ other complex processes (mostly expensive destructive). In article, studies including physics attracting dielectric technology fabrication process reported.
